OFFICE POLICIES

As a client in our practice we will be requesting payment at the time of services rendered.  This payment can be debit, cheque (with a major credit card) or credit card.  Regarding clients that have dental benefits, we will submit you dental claims for you.  Payment from your benefit provider will go directly to you.

DID YOU KNOW?

*Some dental benefits are changing rapidly with many reductions in benefit coverage

*Dental benefit companies do not inform dental offices of changes to your plan

*Benefit coverage is a contract between yourself and benefit carrier through your employer, not the dentist

* We suggest you know your plan and ask us for assistance if need be

*Dr. Yabut and staff provide you with a dental plan that is customized for you regardless of dental benefit coverage or not.  We care about your dental health !

*We provide you with an estimate of dental procedures before we begin treatment so there are no surprises treatment or costs to you.  We value you as a person.  Please ask for clarity anytime!
